Because these disadvantages, this study, DNA sequences HPV causing warts MPV were analyzed classification was performed deep learning algorithm. The study consisted four stages. first stage, viruses that obtained. second mapped using various DNA-mapping methods. third classified At last performances methods compared by calculating accuracy F1-score. end an average 96.08% F1-score 99.83% These results showed two diseases can effectively according their sequences.
